Arcangel Surfware is pleased to announce its participation in the New York Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1 this weekend!

The focus of our booth is The Source (2006–), an ongoing archival zine project which publishes annotated computer source code for a number of software works produced by Cory Arcangel over the past 15 years. The first eight issues of The Source will be available for purchase at the NYABF presented alongside a small exhibition of works featured in the zines.

All zines btw are printed on 300-year archival inks and papers. ✔

You can read more about the series + the larger story of software preservation, in a brilliant essay by Dragan Espenscheid, ‘The Storage Is You’ formatted in a rich text document for easy de-coding!

And if you can’t make it IRL, the whole series is also available for purchase online!
